General Policies
1. Prices, product availability, and other offers are subject to change without notice.
2. We strive to keep our Available in Stock items up-to-date, but reserve the right to make any changes without notice as orders may become back ordered or discontinued.
3. We do not guarantee the products you receive will appear exactly as they do in the images used on our website. Please keep in mind that images may vary on each computer monitor.
4. Taxes and shipping are NOT included in the prices listed. These are additional charges. Please see the shipping & taxes section.
5. Please contact us immediately if you would like to make a change to your order after submission, but PRIOR to shipping.
Return Policies
Please keep receipt from Oh Simple Baby, as well as packing slip for all returns.
Please note that drop shipped, or out of stock items, can usually be received from the manufacturer from 7-14 business days.
1. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition in the original packaging. Please do not remove tags, or other instructional items included if you wish to return the product.
2. All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase.
3. Return authorization is required in order to guarantee the fastest and most efficient return/exchange. Please email us at sales@ohsimplebaby.com with your return information or any concerns you may have.
4. There is a 15% Re-stocking Fee on all items that are returned. Restocking fee waived if you accept in-store credit.
5. Shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the return. For items that have "Free Shipping" if you return the item, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
6. No Returns on washed, torn or damaged items, clearance items, sheets, bedding and any other items that can be considered personal care.
7. Please inspect your order well when received, and notify us immediately of any defective items.
8. We cannot send out replacement/exchange items until the original items have been received back to us and inspected. We will notify you via email when this happens.
All items received from manufacturer are inspected by Oh Simple Baby and we guarantee the highest in quality assurance. However, if you do receive an item, which is damaged in some way, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you in the warranty/return process.
Taxes
A 5% GST (Goods & Service Tax) will be charged to Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut shipping address. A 13% HST (Harmonized Sale Tax) is charged to Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland shipping addresses. A 15% HST applies to Nova Scotia and a 12% HST applies to BC shipping addresses.
Payment Methods
Oh Simple Baby accepts personal cheques (cheques must clear before shipping), money order, and as well uses ProPay Financial Solutions Canada, Inc. (ProPay Canada) to process our online payments. When you submit sensitive information via the web site, ProPay takes reasonable commercial measures to protect your information both online and off-line.
When the registration form or a transaction form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number, chequing account information, and/or other Personal Information), that information is electronically encrypted and is protected. While on a secure page, such as the registration form or transaction forms, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.
Another payment option is email money transfer from a Canadian chartered bank account. If you wish to pay with email money transfer, please select money order as payment method and put "email money transfer" in the message section and we will be in touch to provide the email address and other transfer details. Email money transfer does not require giving out personal banking information but does required that you already do online banking with a Canadian chartered bank.
